Otoplasty

Ear size correction surgery

Book Consultation

What is it?

Otoplasty is the surgery that corrects defects in the pinna (ears), especially those with a flap.

The aim of the surgery is to bring the pinna closer to the head and provide an exact definition of the ear curves. The only incision used is retro-auricular (behind the pinna), which is then protected by the ear.

This surgery is usually carried out during childhood, when the appearance of the ear begins to affect the child psychologically and they become an easy target for jokes from their mates.
